I'm back!

I have to say, I had completely forgotten about blogging for a while... until I looked at my business cards yesterday and realized that my blog address is on them. Very professional. So... in case anyone is out there, I'm going to start this thing up again. Here are a few little creatures I've been working on.

Classes!

Gave the first two classes in my new studio last week... my first one ever was with my new friend Lindsey who came out on April Fools Day... she watched me make a couple of things, then got on the torch herself to make a blue dot pendant! She did a fabulous job!

And here we have lovely Danni, who had the brilliant idea of taking Polaroids of all my students wearing their fetching safety glasses... since I only have a digicam, this will have to do for now:

So tough! So... stylish! :)

Stay tuned people, lots more exciting stuff to come...

New creations!

My studio is finally done! Thanks mainly to my lovely fiance Linz and Rich Hoyt of Glasscraft in Golden, CO. Huzzah!

Here is the very first pendant made in my new setup... Not too horribly misshapen considering it had been well over a year since my last time on a torch!

...and here are the rest!

Some new beaded necklaces, freshly made today...

Please stop by soon to check out more new additions! (Including Amanda's Birthday Surprise, which I hope turns out as good as it looked when I put it in the kiln... ha!) Thanks for looking =)
